I have had nothing but positive interactions with their team. They listen tour concerns and help us understand future plans. When I call I speak to someone and get my answers right away. At the year mark the audit they do to ensure we are meeting all numbers is amazing. Yes there was a delay from contact sign to getting connected, but that was due to local electric company taking forever to install their meter.
